A lovely church of England primary school in Wandsworth are looking for an experienced primary teacher to join their school in September to teach in year 4

The Role

In this Primary Teacher role, you will take full teaching responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum. You will collaborate closely with the partner Year 4 teacher on planning and assessment, and you will draw on support from the Phase Leader and SENCo to implement tailored interventions for pupils with additional learning needs. As a valued member of the school community, you will participate in staff meetings, parents’ evenings, professional development sessions and whole‑school events.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher who:

• Has teaching experience and strong curriculum knowledge in KS2
• Maintains a positive approach with high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills
• Embraces and contributes to the school’s Christian ethos and community life

This is a full‑time, maternity‑cover contract for the entire academic year, and is open to teachers who have completed their induction.
