Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role?
A welcoming primary school in West Hampstead are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September 2022
The Role
In this role you will be supporting three pupils with special educational needs.
In the mornings you will be supporting 2 children in Year 5 with Exceptional Needs Grants. Both pupils struggle across all areas of learning and need work broken down.
In the afternoon you will provide 1 to 1 support for a child in Year 4 who has visual perception difficulties, processing and retention difficulties. You will be required to lead Interventions in Precision Teach, Maths and HFW, Lego therapy. The school will provide training in all of these programmes.
You will work closely with the school’s SENCO and class teachers to ensure the pupils are provided with the support they need. You will be included in assessments and EHCP review meetings.
