We are currently looking for a SEN teaching assistant to join a really lovely school in Barnes to support a year 3 pupil with Downs Syndrome on a 1:1 basis. You will be supporting the child both in class and during some break times. The school are interested in applications from experienced SEN teaching assistants and also graduates who have experience working with children. You will have good support from the school’s SEND coordinator and class teachers and training will be given.
The school are looking to appoint someone as soon as possible to support the pupil. ASAP This role is offered as an ongoing contract until July 2022, but could lead to a future role in the school over the next academic year.
