A lovely infant school in Honor Oak Park are looking for an experienced SEN teacher to work on a part-time basis as soon as possible on an ongoing basis over the rest of the autumn term.
This role has become available as the SENCO is currently off unwell and the school are looking for a teacher to lead SEN groups whilst she is off. The cover is likely to be until the end of term. You will be working 3 days a week to lead small groups and intervention sessions on a 1 to 1 basis for pupils with a variety of special educational needs. You may be involved in some assessments for pupils in nursery and reception, although the main focus will be on delivering sessions.
This role is offered for 3 days a week and there is flexibility on which days you will work. The role is offered on an ongoing contract basis.
You will need to have significant experience teaching pupils with SEN in small groups in order to apply for this role.
