We are currently looking for a confident and proactive Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health across both KS3 and KS4 .
You will be working with a small number of pupils at the school who have identified social emotional and mental health needs. You will support the pupils both in class and provide support where they are unable to remain in class due to their needs. The pupils need a supportive, honest and committed individual to provide stability and a person they can turn to in times of anxiety during the school day. This role is suitable for a youth worker or mentor who is experienced and confident supporting teenagers.
The school are able to offer this role on a full-time contract basis until the academic year. There are a number of opportunities for career progression within the academy group which may be available for the next academic year.
