A large Catholic girls school in Camden are looking for an experienced School Finance Manager to join their school on a part-time basis with an immediate start.

The Role

In this key role you will be working closely with senior leaders, budget holders, the site team and central administration team, to provide effective and efficient management of school finances. You will oversee the operation of the finance function of the school so that financial deadlines and audit requirements are met. The school are ideally looking for someone with experience of working within a school finance team or similar environment, who is able to lead the finance functions of the school providing financial information and guidance to budget holders, senior leaders and governors.

The successful candidate will be an effective leader who has the following:

• a good understanding of school finance
• highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge to confidently use a variety of systems and databases
• supports the ethos of the school and is passionate about developing opportunities for young people

This large Catholic secondary girl’s school is based in Camden, close to Hampstead heath and is a very popular choice for families in the area. The school offers students from 11 to 19 a secure and caring environment in which girls can realise their full potential.
