A lovely primary school in Fulham are looking for a qualified Primary Music Teacher to lead music at their school from September.
The Role
In this role you will be planning and teaching music lessons across the school from nursery to year 6. There is curriculum planning in place but this is able to be reviewed and adapted to maximise pupils learning and enjoyment under your leadership. As well as class music lessons, you will take on responsibilities for whole schools music activities including performances and concerts. There is also opportunities to run clubs and afterschool music groups.
The school are looking for a music teacher with QTS as music lessons will provide PPA cover for class teachers.
You should have previous experience leading music within a primary school and be able to teach a variety of music activities including whole class instrumental teaching and whole school singing assemblies.
This role is offered on a part-time (3 days a week) basis from September 2022 until July 2023. As the current music teacher is leaving at the end of June the school are able to offer the role with an earlier start in June 2022.
