A lovely Primary Academy in Hackney is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support children across the school with developing their skills and understanding in maths.
In this role you will be working with students across the whole school to lead small group intervention sessions in maths. The school are ideally looking for a graduate who has an interest in maths or who has perhaps tutored primary aged pupils in maths previously. Your role will include working closely with teacher to identify gaps in pupils understanding and to prepare activities to consolidate learning across all areas of maths within the national curriculum.
The school are looking for a teaching assistant who can work flexibly, use their initiative and find solutions with a positive approach.
This role is offered on a full-time basis from September 2022 until July 2023.
