We are currently looking for Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Tottenham to support a number of children with special needs across their PE lessons.
The Role
In this role you will be working with pupils with identified special needs across all year groups from year 7 to year 11 within PE lessons. You will work closely with the School’s PE department and the SENCO to support pupils with additional needs to access PE activities and join in with individual and group activities.
The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant with the following:
- An interest in PE / sports coaching
- an understanding of working with SEN students
- respectful attitude to colleagues
- good role model for students
- available to start in the next few weeks
