Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development?

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a range of nurseries, primary schools and early years settings.

The Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children’s learning through play and engaging activities.
• Assisting with the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
• Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Helping children develop communication, language and early learning skills.
• Building positive relationships with children and families.
• Supporting children’s care, hygiene and wellbeing needs.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Observing and recording children’s progress.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and early years professionals.

Relevant qualifications and experience in Early Years, childcare, education or similar settings are desirable but not essential for every opportunity.
