We are currently looking for a trained HLTA to work in a lovely primary school in Barking and Dagenham from September. 

The Role

The school are looking for a trained HLTA to provide PPA cover and lead interventions across KS2. The role is 5 days a week and you will work closely with teachers and support staff to oversee lessons across a range of subjects. If you have specific skills in a curriculum area the school may be able to accommodate you covering lessons in that area. 

The school are looking for:

• A trained HLTA with a minimum of 1 year of experience. 
• Good knowledge of KS2 curriculum
• Good communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach

This large, friendly primary school in based in Barking. The school is rated good by Ofsted and attracts pupils from a very wide range of backgrounds, and are very welcoming to all, and thrive in a culture of humour and respect. Pupils are successful, collaborative learners and behaviour is good. The school is located close to Barking station and accessible via local bus links.
