Philosophy Education are working with various mainstream primary schools in the London borough of Hackney that need 1:1 support workers for students with severe autism (ASC) and complex medical needs and ADHD. These schools are looking for staff with medical and health care backgrounds so that their students can get the best care and support whilst at school. Desirable Experience
- Washing & cleaning students
- Serving and feeding students
- Manual handing and hoisting
- Health checks and being able to monitor conditions
- Administering medication

The Role
- 8:30am to 3:30pm during school term.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary class team (Teachers, SENCOs, CAMHS Physiotherapists and Speech & Language Therapists)
- Work one to one as well as within a group
