A vibrant, mixed Secondary School in Romford are looking for a Geography practitioner to teach up to KS4. in return they expect the geography practitioner to be hardworking, driven and passionate.
The Role
The school are looking for a hard-working teacher who has a passion for teaching Geography together with the skills to inspire and motivate students to allow them to succeed. In this role you will be expected to mark and plan lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will have your own classroom and be given full support from the head of humanities. This role is suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers as the school. You will join a friendly and supportive team which strives to ensure that all students enjoy their learning and surpass expectations of achievement. The school has an excellent SLT team and always available to support you when needed.

Due to high expectations, pupils behaviour is very good allowing the emphasis to be on teaching and learning. Students enjoy history and the related subjects and the humanities department is proud of its examination results with students exceeding or equaling national averages.
