We are currently recruiting experienced teaching assistants to work in a Bilingual school in Harrow.
The school are looking for Bilingual teaching assistants who can fluently speak both French and English. The school has an immediate need for teaching assistants with experience who can support pupils with Special Educational needs in KS1. In this role you will be supporting pupils throughout a range of lessons and across break-times. You will work closely with the class teacher to track pupil’ progress and adjust learning to meet their needs.
In addition to these roles, the school are also seeking bilingual French/English teaching assistants for long-term roles from September.
The School
This Church of England Bilingual School is based in Harrow and welcomes a broad range of pupils from the local area. The school’s curriculum is based on the English national curriculum and enriched by both a Christian ethos and cross curricular bilingual approach. The first academic priority of the school is to make sure that every child makes excellent progress in English, maths and science. However, through their bilingual approach, children also learn to speak, read and write in French. There is a welcoming staff team at the school led by an experienced leadership team.
