Early Years Educator
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bexley is seeking a passionate and Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their Early Years team on a full-time, term-time basis.
The Role
You will be joining a supportive Early Years team within the school’s Nursery or Reception provision, working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality, play-based learning. As a key worker, you will help create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident and inspired to learn.
The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, helping children make strong progress across all areas of learning. Responsibilities will include leading small group activities, supporting early phonics and language development, observing and assessing children’s progress, and contributing to a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
This is a full-time role, working during school term time only, with typical hours of 8:30am–4:00pm.
