The Premises Manager is a key member of the school’s staff and has a vital role to play in the management of a safe, secure, clean, warm and happy learning environment, through planning, managing and doing. You will be working closely with the School Business Manager and other staff to prioritise, plan and schedule work to ensure that the building is safe and looks and feels its best at all times. You should have very high working standards which you can apply across the school. You will be supervising all staff directly related to the building management both internally and contractually and should have excellent interpersonal skills be confident supervising staff. You must be proactive and be able to work on your own initiative and manage work loads effectively.
