Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs?
We are looking for caring, patient and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs within mainstream primary schools. These roles are ideal for experienced SEN professionals, recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in SEND.
The Role
You will provide personalised 1:1 support to an individual pupil, helping them access learning, develop independence, build confidence and reach their full potential.

You will be patient, caring, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
Previous experience in SEND, education, care, youth work, psychology or similar environments is desirable but not essential for every role.
