A nurturing and inclusive early years setting in central London is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team in September. This is a full-time, term-time position running Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
The Role
You will be working as part of a supportive team, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2–5. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality early years provision
- Assisting with assessments, observations, and learning journals
- Promoting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Working in partnership with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning space

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Experience working in an early years setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
