A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Westminster are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their school from September. This is a full-time position starting in September 2026.

The Role

This Early Years Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage, within a school helping to deliver engaging play-based learning experiences. You will work closely with class teachers to create a stimulating and supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting early language and phonics development
• Assisting with play-based learning and daily routines
• Promoting social, emotional, and personal development
• Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed

A level 3 qualification in childcare or early years is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with relevant experience and a proactive attitude.
