Reception Lead & Class Teacher (Middle Leadership)
We are seeking an ambitious, inspirational and experienced Early Years teacher to join a thriving and inclusive primary school as Reception Lead & Class Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to take on a key middle leadership role, leading Reception provision while teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The Role
As Reception Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving excellence across the Reception phase, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders and the wider Early Years team to further develop an engaging, ambitious and child-centred curriculum that inspires a love of learning and supports every child to thrive.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.
