KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant Contract Full Time

We are currently looking for a SEN teaching assistant to join a lovely primary school in Hackney to support a year 1 pupil with Downs Syndrome on a 1:1 basis.

The Role

As the child’s SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting them in both in class and during some break times on a 1 to 1 basis. The school are interested in applications from experienced SEN teaching assistants and also graduates who have experience working with children.  You will have good support from the school’s SEND coordinator and class teachers and training will be given.

This role is offered as an ongoing contract basis starting in September 2025.
